REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

JBohnBishop Mercantile strives to give you the very best experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to help you out! Please make sure to try on your items, look over your order and read below... 

To start a return, you can contact us at jbohnbishop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

JBohnBishop Mercantile will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for JBohnBishop Mercantile store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

If by chance you receive an item damaged or defective, it may be returned by contacting our Customer Support at jbohnbishop@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of delivery. 

We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires!

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

IMPORTANT:

Shipping will not be refunded in the event of a returned item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer to send any items back to JBohnBishop Mercantile. 

Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, will not be accepted as a return.

Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and your order number included.

You can also bring your return in person and drop it off at JBohnBishop Mercantile, but the date and time MUST be arranged before doing so.

MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE A NOTE OR YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SLIP WITH THE ITEM.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

All website returns will receive an emailed electronic gift certificate that can be used on the website when you check out.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

In the event that you need to change or cancel your order, we totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We try our very best to pack and ship orders FAST! Once your order is processed, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
