JBohnBishop Mercantile will accept items back that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered purchased online or in store for JBohnBishop Mercantile store credit. Please note that all sale items, hat & charm bar designs, and holiday/seasonal items (after the holiday has passed) are final sale. Receipts are not necessary but are helpful in the process. This must be handled within 30 days from the date your order shipped or you made your in store purchase. Even if you received free shipping on your order, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back.
We do not offer refunds. Store credit may be used to purchase the same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credit never expires!
If by chance you receive a damaged or defective item, we will make it right for you by offering the same item un-damaged or a complete refund on the item and shipping costs. Photos must be provided of flaws on the item. Please note, we do everything we can to make sure we’re not sending you an item that is defective, but we do make mistakes. To start an exchange, please contact us on our Stylist Hotline by texting 540-276-5151. If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package if you need to ship it. You may drop by the store during our open hours anytime to process an exchange that meets the requirements. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please allow 5-7 business days to process once your item has been received. Items exchanged through the mail that wish to receive store credit will be emailed a promo code to use on the next checkout!
